Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, enabling effective decision-making and process improvement. Your primary focus will be on analysing operations, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and drive system enhancements to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of data, processes, systems, and operations to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process models, workflows, and diagrams to facilitate effective communication and solution design.
• Evaluate existing systems, tools, and technologies, identifying gaps and proposing enhancements or replacements where necessary.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure effective implementation of technology solutions.
• Lead or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring that developed solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for systems, addressing issues, and driving timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the domain, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, quality assurance, and finance, to identify opportunities for process integration and optimization.
• Support change management initiatives by assisting in training sessions, creating user documentation, and facilitating user adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Manufacturing domain is plus
• Someone who has worked on Oracle ERP, SAP, Salesforce anyone of them hands-on
• Experience in the Data/BI projects in any cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) subject area with clear understanding of End-to-End Data/BI processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficient in business process modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, Vision).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is desirable.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., any BI).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to adapt to new domain areas if necessary.
