Technical Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 8+ yrs. experience with data projects
• End to end implementation done for BI projects (Requirement Gathering to Deployment/Support)
• Worked on Data modelling and performance optimization
• Proficiency with ETL and Reporting/Visualization tools
• Good working experience on data governance and data security techniques
• Inculcate best practices in team on data loading/transformation/reporting
• Excellent communication with problem solving analytical and critical thinking skills
• Any Cloud knowledge is must AWS, Azure or GCP
• Should have Advance Analytics use case experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
• Analyse all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected
• Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives
• Manage, develop, and grow a team of Business Intelligence Engineers and analytic professionals
• Lead a team to create actionable business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations to improve operations
• Drive a business intelligence roadmap; prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change
• Collaborate with product management, software engineering, data science, and data engineering leaders to design and develop information management capabilities
• Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, drive the vision and building of automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities, and engineer data-driven processes that drive business value.
• Own the project delivery from technical and stakeholder management perspective.
• Getting Business & End to End Project Understanding & Requirement gathering from end/business users.
